Returns/Refund and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return window from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. We will initiate refund in 7 working days once we receive product in original condition.

Custom Made & Resized Jewelry
Please note that custom-made Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, resized rings are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Before returning an item, please contact us to ensure a smooth process and to receive instructions for returning the item.
